Sandra Moutour, MSW:

She:kon Wa’tkonnonhweraton  I am from the Mohawk Nation, Turtle Clan, born and raised on the Six Nations of the Grand River. I have two sons and three grandchildren, who are the absolute loves of my life. I give thanks to the Creator for gifting our family with these precious little ones, as well as those faces yet to come. I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1994. I worked within the community as a private therapist and consultant for eight years before going to Ganohkwasra Family Assault Support Services to take on the challenge of supervising the sexual assault and adult community counselling units within my own First Nations territory. I am now Executive Director of Ganohkwasra Family Assault Support Services.

Julia Bomberry, MSW:

I am the Clan Mother of the Turtle Clan, Cayuga Nation, and mother to a beautiful daughter and grandmother to two wonderful grandsons. I have been fortunate enough to be a member of the Ganohkwasra Family Assault Support Services team for 23 years. I am the Manager of Therapeutic Services and oversee the community counselling supervisor, outreach services supervisor, sexual assault prevention educator, and sexual assault counsellor. I am a graduate of the Child and Youth Program at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario, and received my Bachelor and Master’s of Social Work from Ryerson University.
